A reduced number of our staff will be returning to Andy Glass Windows on Monday 11th May.
Initially we will only be able to work on external jobs and in empty properties; following site operating procedures and wearing the appropriate PPE. This will enable us to review our risk assessment for COVID-19 in the workplace and plan for when guidelines are changed.
We will have a limited presence in the office to deal with any queries you have and respond to quotation requests (although not all our manufacturers have returned to work yet so there will be additional delays in receiving costings and delivery of certain products).
Please be patient if you are trying to get in touch as we expect to be catching up on voicemail and email enquiries which have been coming in during the time our staff have been furloughed and we will be limited in number, to enable social distancing in the office.
Our priority is the safety of our staff and customers, whilst not allowing the quality of work we provide to be affected, and we appreciate your understanding during these unprecedented times.
